Ways To Support Us
You can be a part of this new and innovative way to deliver healthcare services to our service community in several ways:

- Become a patient
- Write a check: Donations in any amount are gratefully accepted. A check in the amount of $20 will cover the initial visit of a person without insurance who has been referred to us by a social agency. Checks in any amount will be applied to our general operating costs which include such things as rent, supplies, personnel, etc. If you want your donation applied to a specific cost, please designate it in the “memo” section of the check.
- If you are interested in underwriting the cost of some of our special equipment, please contact the Director of Development (610-326-9460 ext. 122). Prices range from $650 to $128,000.
- Information on how to join the Founder’s Campaign, for a donation of $7,000 or more is explained on the page linked above. For further information on the rooms and spaces still remaining, please contact the Director of Development (610-326-9460 ext. 122 or email: cbrunschwyler@ch-dc.org.
All checks should be made payable to: Community Health & Dental Care and mailed to: CHDC, 11 Robinson Street, Suite 100, Pottstown, PA 19464.
